My new tenant J came last nite. The first impression they gave was “WOW”. They did not expect that I made up the room so beautifully. OK.. its not hotel standard, but at least it was cosy enuf for two individuals to have the same reaction.
My half day leave taken did not go to waste. I really take my hat off Moms, they are indeed very capable. Pple ask me y I need to take leave just to clean up my place. (p.s : this qn was posted by some nosey poker with a Capital C). Come on lor, my ex tenant left my place at 12am on Sunday night, I did partial cleaning until 2am. My new tenant will move in on Monday evening. You think I get enuf time to rush home to clean up within ½ hr when even the most efficient moms take a few hours.
I anticipate the 2nd round of cleaning when the 2nd tenant moves in. Then a qn would be post to me. Y dun clean all together? The reason is, there is this construction going on right outside my flat. Thus even if I clean now, it still gets dirty so no point wasting my efforts cleaning 100% now and having to do it again. I juz did the basics no advanced!
I’ve been getting comments im getting to be more auntie. I like going to those “Za1 Huo4 Dian4”. I like going to the market. I like cleaning and upkeeping the house. Thou its hard work, but its reli reli worth it.
