Caught John Tucker Must Die last night. A pretty reasonable show but not worth the weekend surcharge.
Girls! We always envy the leading actress in any movie especially if there is a Hot and Chivalrous Man in it too. It reminds me of this discussion that I once heard over radio. Are Singapore men Chivalrous? One said Yes another said No (Note : Both were men). He cited an example. In a lift, will a man control the lift and allow the women to step out first or are they the first to rush out of it. Even when a lady wants to hold the lift, will the men even say, -Ladies first, after you.- and hold on the lift door instead.
Will you open the door for a woman? Will you open car door for a woman to get in? Will you seat her down first in a restaurant? Will you stand up when the woman is leaving the table to the ladies?
Ok , I have to be fair here too. Ladies have to play a part too. Sometimes a guy would expect something in return to motivate them to continue to be chivalrous. No No! not that, but always appreciate and acknowledge their efforts when its done. Thank them and better, give them a nice smile. Its like a chicken and egg issue. No matter who does it first, someone has to get the ball rolling or else , the women will always be whining and the men left with whining women. Lets start somewhere..
Morale of a story : Dont date a Hot guy especially one with Herpes and who wears a Thong! He might just get away with it….

Dont you wish at times you wish you had an apparatus that can tell you exactly what other people are thinking? Something straight forward and transparent.
Then we will be back to the topic on, Can we handle the truth? Often the truth is disclosed, we thought we could handle and accept it with an open heart but how often do we really know the real reason behind every truth? For every truth told is a lie elsewhere. We wouldnt know which side are we standing on.

I wished I can believe all truths to be truthful and true but it was believing that crushed me too. Thus I choose not to believe what I feel anymore. Its not giving me the right direction at all! I refuse to be hurt anymore, I refuse to put my weary heart at the edge of a deadly cliff, I refuse to feel, I refuse to open up.

Dont hold onto my hand if you are going to let go in future.
Dont give promises if you are going to break them in future.
Dont smile at me if you are not smiling from your heart.
Dont say you love me when you know hurt will follow.

I may seem jovial and optimistic about my life but in fact, the truth is often opposite. People view me as independent but who knows that im struggling so hard inside to stay alive. When things go wrong, all I wanna do is take all the blame and put it on myself. Allowing others to live happier and better.

I just feel so worn out…..

Two movies in a row, Unplanned for! A Movie Marathon at 2 different cinemas in one night.
Arranged to meet Peng at PS after my school. Brought him for a quick dinner at PS Indonesian Grilled Chix. Proceeded to Cineleisure for our show Little Man. Pretty lucky that he booked the tickets early, I hate to be sitting up right in front. The show was hilarious! The Wayne Brothers are pros in such comedies!
After which, we took a walk down and he wanted to check out The Cathy and there was where we decided to watch our second movie, Miami Vice. It was either that or John Tucker must Die but his jaws were numbed from the non stop laughing from Little Man so we settled for Miami Vice. Again, we got lucky. We did not book the tickets but there was some seats still available thus we juz took it without any hesitation. We had ard an hour plus before the show started, so we decided to hang out at Ben & Jerry Ice Cream Palour! It was such a nice place to hang out! They even had Club Like Lounge With a Live Jazz Band... Gosh.. its sooo niceee.. simple yet amazing. They had purple ceilings!! LOL... I had a Choc Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. YES sinful... I am guilty... damn guilty but who can resist such tempatations?? gee...
#()*%^**^# Peng tot i had a Size 7 Shoe Size... I almost fainted.. Peng started taking picts of the both of us but his shots were all lopsided. Lol.. here comes Suz to the rescue the Self Protrait Queen....
Night ended and Home we headed....
There are soooo many nice shows coming up.... Anyone going to movies, remember to gimme a buzz unless u are watching horror then.. opps.. gotta give it a miss...soo many shows so little time... *phew* I want to watch more movies!! YIppIe!

I was at Angeline-s Chalet / BBQ last night. There was soooo much food. I love BBQs, especially the chix wings, Yummy Yummy..
I met Connie at Tanah Merah MRT stn and somehow we waited for 45mins for the shuttle bus and it did not arrive. Angie got Eric to pick us up instead. Connie and me was laughing all the way cuz of my unusual behaviour. I was not aware abt my farnie actions until I had Connie laughed non-stop from Tanah Merah until the chalet. Still laughing profusely! Frankly speaking, it was damn farnie I was laughing non stop too. It was my DAY OF BLUNDERS!

1) Connie-s phone rang and she said I leaned over and starting “sniffing” her phone. She was like how come im using my nose to hear the phone.

2) At the chalet, I mistook Sprite for Pepsi. Pretty lame but it just came out so naturally.

3) Angie added Sprite to the orange juice thus when the drink was dispensed out, it has foam forming. I was so amazed and asked, EH, how come got foam. Connie replied, Of cuz got foam la, its Gassy drink le! I was like, Oh Yah Hor. The next thing I knew, Connie was laughing her head off. In my impression, I tot it was only orange juice I forgot abt the Sprite that was added in.

4) Connie wanted to view the rooms of the chalet but somehow, I heard that she wanted to go outside to walk walk. So I went on to put my shoes on, Connie looked at me in amazement. Suz, go up to see rooms only, dun need to wear shoes one. Again, I got snooped!

5) Sueh Li was pointing at the chix fillet asking what it was. So I told her it was chix fillet, no meat one.. I knew that I said smtg wrongly but it was too late to retrack, so I quickly amended and said, sorry No bones I mean. TOO LATE, Mich, SL & Connie were bursting in laughter already.

We played Jenga after that, Mich The Butter Fingers Lost.. LOL.. damn farnie, she was still using her hands to support the tower when it fell.

Sueh was sooo excited in giving us a presentation of her trip to Russia / Georgia.. well done Sueh! Thanks for the Russian Doll and Turkish Teacup & Dish!!

Today had been another of ONE-OF-THOSE-DAYS at work. Unexpected problems arises out of no where. However, that is what hiring us is for, to solve problems. Small problems, big problems, stupid problems, actually-no-problem-but-just-got-problem problem. This is where the golden word experience comes in place. This is what makes us more valuable being an employee. Somethings which cannot be learnt thru textbooks but learning it through the hard way. Thru problems. DONT KNOW is not an acceptable excuse. Its just plain laziness. Thou I admit that at times I would use it for the easy way out or really I do not have a clue of what is going on. If we keep having the mindet that we are new employees and not wanting to learn new things, what the hell are you doing here? Learn la for goodness sake.If work were to go smoothly, it would not be called work. Well… things will be solved. Think Positive!!!

However, there is of cuz smtg which, I dunno, made me quite happy about. I finally found out who actually he is with. Somehow, I just feel so happy for them. It was really unpredictable but when I found out, I only wished them all the best. Truly… To be able to open up your heart and accept things in a different perspective, its something which I have learnt to do. It felt so good AND just glad that now there is more happy people in the world. Till a certain extent, im pretty proud of mysef that Im able to say such things. Being able to forgive and forget and on top of that, give blessings. Tough but I overcomed and conquered. Thus it just feels grrreeeattt....

Davin msned me and he is in FRANCE lor!! OMG…. He is doing his flying in France at the moment and he is getting his wings next month! How quickly time flies. Suz feeling old again. Congrats Dav!! For that, you owe me a Big Treat! He is soo farnie, he says he misses Singapore and there are so many things he has yet to do and he listed out 5 things which he wanna do when he comes back. Its so nice talking to old friends...
Another farnie chap, RP. He booked Sat tickets on a Wednesday Night. Its the earliest booking I ever heard. Then again, he wasnt the first to book, apparently, there were already people who booked even earlier. My goshh...Lucky that show is still airing, or else I would have missed another show which I am dying to catch.

Im starting to get my pace back again, back to the days where I would want to keep my time fully occupied with things to do. Making myself a busy bee, doing things which I wanna do and just be happy. Things are just going where it should supposed to go and I hope that it brings me to where I am supposed to be in future.

What is the world coming tooooooooo???
Someone posted me this question, Why does Men have a higher tendency to stray?
This question is pretty subjective as now Women stray easily also.

1) The resistance to temptations is lower.
2) When it comes to sex, looks does not matter anymore. The main brain does not function, the other head does the thinking. As if any thinking is done!!
3) The fact that the population of women is higher than men, thus men gets to choose from 3 different women.
4) Either women are getting dumber or they are using their CBs to think

Of cuz we do not know what went on behind the scene, whether were the Men truthful about their status initially or was the men manipulated under the seduction of the Women. The truth is often unknown, but one thing for sure, someone is bound to get hurt.

It only pushes me even further from my dream of finding a right man because there is no such thing as the Right Man. I have accepted that there is NO RIGHT MAN but at least there must be still some faithful ones rite? Come on, dun tell me that there is no more? Gosh! Just hope that I wont fall for the wrong guy again. So depressing… Even the good guy we see now may not be a good guy afterall. Is it something we have to accept and live by it? It is really scaring me……Is that y most girls are turning into LES?

The long awaited Butter Factory Nite! Friday, 15th September is the Night!
Quite a huge turn out, both on my side and Angela-s…. But I gotta thank this little angel, she came to Butter Factory cuz of me… So sweet. Got us a table too!
Drinks were plenty, more than what we could handle. RnB really ROCKS! It just gets better and better. Can I request for more?? MayFong got a little too high again this time, she could not break her 2 times record for not getting drunk.
Thou many would have tot I would be the one getting drunk, but hey, I did not … => I can still hold my liquor pretty well huh.. * =P*

I went back to JB on Sat evening after class, my sweet little Bryan, called me up saying that he will accompany me back home. Bought me a cup of Sweet Corn when we reached JB. Guess wad? There was a fireworks display at Danga Bay and it was just right outside my house!! I got VIP view on it. It was simply spectacular! Thou I missed the Fireworks Display in Singapore but this was just awesome! It is really romantic being able to catch the fireworks display with someone special. Till now, I have yet to watch a display with a Loved One. Nevertheless, I shall be patient, who knows I may just strike lucky.

Went back SG on Sunday, cleaned up my house and washed the toilets. Cleaned my fan, washed the clothes. My standard Maria Day. Was talking to a few friends over MSN and RP came online. He came to fulfil the long dued movie date… so he has decided to ask me out for it. I agreed since I had nothing planned. He was so farnie, I told him I could get the tickets first cuz I would be in town early but he treated me like a small kid, telling me that all I need is to guai guai go study, he will do the planning. It has been ages since someone tried to plan things for me. Kinda sweet thou. He says he will be going early to do research first and tell me what he has in plan later when the day arrives. I was like…. Oook… so I let him do the planning then. Shall see how it goes on that…

We are now entering the FUN Quarter of the year! With so many birthdays, public holidays and festive seasons going around, its definitely a quarter of celebrations! YET, things are not going the way it should be.
However this is not the main topic which I wanna voice out today.
RESPECT IS EARNED AND NOT GOTTEN THROUGH ANY AUTHORITARIAN MEANS!!!!!!!!!
The theory behind it is as simple as ABC. If you do not respect others, do not expect the others to respect you. Come on, grow up, the world is round. You can use position to suppress others and enforce your rulings now, without wanting to even listen for suggestions given by civilians. Yes, your rules can be followed but when the plan fails, please be graceful enough to accept your own mistakes. It is similar to the fall of a country, it is deemed as the incapability of the ruler and not the poverty of the commoners.
The performance of your people can only be judged by how well your leader leads. Back to my topic of respect, you do not force people to respect you. It does not work that way and it will NEVER work that way. If insisting that your method is the BEST, in the process, sacrificing numerous efforts just to accommodate to your so called BEST method, I have got nothing to say but to officially announce that Failure is on your way. It will just be a slap right across your own (fill in your own word here).

Sometimes, dont you just wished women ruled the world? Probably there will be indeed WORLD PEACE! Then again, if that is the case, I wont be able to get to see any MANHUNT contests going around.

To All Guys Out There, The Girls will always love ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might not have known this, but a lot of non-living objects are actually either male or female. Here are some examples:
FREEZER BAGS: They are male, because they hold everything in, but you can see right through them.
PHOTOCOPIERS: These are female, because once turned off, it takes a while to warm them up again. They are an effective reproductive device if the right buttons are pushed, but can also wreak havoc if you push the wrong buttons.
TYRES: Tyres are male, because they go bald easily and are often over inflated.
HOT AIR BALLOONS: Also a male object, because to get them to go anywhere, you have to light a fire under their a*se. Then of course, there's the hot air factor.
SPONGES: These are female, because they are soft, squeezable and retain water.
WEB PAGES: Female, because they're constantly being looked at and frequently getting hit on.
TRAINS: Definitely male, because they always use the same old lines for picking up people.
EGG TIMERS: Egg timers are female because, over time, all the weight shifts to the bottom.
HAMMERS: Male, because in the last 5000 years, they've hardly changed at all, and are occasionally handy to have around.
THE REMOTE CONTROL???: Female. Ha! You probably thought it would be male, but consider this: It easily gives a man pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he doesn't always know which buttons to push, he just keeps trying.

I have chickened out on my haircut! –Cluck, Cluck, Cluck!- I decided to keep the length, give it a trim and did a relaxer. Apparently, it is supposed to make my hair more manageable. Just hope it does, because I get real lazy to blow dry my hair every morning. Ya know, usually girls would get a complete change their image to have a NEW START. Then they will snip off their beautiful hair and left with extremely short hair and then they regret. I am not that big a risk taker.
Even when I was at the salon, Wing was telling me that my current style suits me the most, since I want to be more –ladylike-. Got suggestions from some of friends and they too, were saying that I should keep on with my current style. Im glad I did or else, I will damn miserable. Imagine going around with a hairstyle which u detest, that is HELL! It is kinda sad that I have a round face or else I can try out different hairstyles. Wing is one cool lady! I think I will be making her my official hair stylist. After Bobo (my ex stylist) left, I totally heck cared abt my hair, guess now things will take a different turn.
Even though my life journey has taken a detour but that does not mean I have to make myself turn into an ugly duckling. Thou I still AM an ugly duckling but wad the heck, I am still me!

Just came back from the movies! Ermz.. should I or should I not mention what movie I have seen.
It is about "Forbidden Love". A Love which everyone yearns for yet impossible to happen in reality.
The actress, Girl, was abt to get married in a month-s time. However, she met the actor, Boy, whom both are strongly attracted to each other. They made an agreement not to know the names, just to remember who they are for that moment. The so called, Love at first sight! Feelings and emotions flowed naturally. Lust or Love? The passion they protruded is simply amazing. It is exactly how a girl WANTS to feel that she is a girl! The embraces, The kisses, The Hugs, The Touches, THe Excitment, The Thrills, The Passion, The Moment !! How the guy holds onto the girl tightly and not letting her go... until she calms down and plunges a kiss on her lips. ....
I can relate so much to the movie cuz this is the passion I possess but my leading actor is nowhere to be found. I can top that, I do massages too! Be there for him, showering him with lotsa love, giving endless kisses and hugs whenever there is an opportunity. Listen to his sorrows... but where is my Mr Right? The one whom will let me feel so much that the world doesnt matter anymore?
Feel so much to wanting to fall in love again after watching this show.....

I have always wanted a digital camera and im sourcing for one right now. Went to Sim Lim last night, got Nel to acc me down cuz he was looking for a wireless router. Thanks buddy for accompanying me down! Went for dinner at Bugis. Then again, ended up I used too much time to search for my camera and he did not manage to get anything. We caught up after so long, was pretty awkward initially but after a while, we were chatting happily and luffing all the way. We even tried out the Video Function on our phones, it is sooo cooll! It was my first time experiencing a Video Call. Im such a Sua Ku!
I went to this shop and this guy, Jason, attended to me. Apparently he is diver too and he recommended to me Olympus Mju 710. Its so sleek and it has an “waterproof” feature plus diving functions. A 7.1 Megapixel, dunno how many times zoom. The diving case is SGD265 and the camera itself is SGD520. My dad gave me a budget of only SGD600 .Guess if I were to get this camera, I would need to fork out extra outta my own pocket. Then again, it is something which I really wanted for very long. Back to Jason, he was very patient thou he knew I was not going to buy on the spot. Chatted a little and he even showed me some pictures he took when he went diving! It was sooo clear! Made me miss diving again! He gave me real good service!
I guess GEMS is pretty successful with its campaign! After we left Sim Lim, Jason saw me at the traffic lights and gave me a hard tap on my shoulder. Boy, he is friendly! *Psst, quite boyish too* lol….

Finally, I’ve cleared my wardrobe! I added new compartments which I bought from IKEA. It kinda stacks up neatly in my wardrobe yet organizes my clothes according to my preference. I threw away much stuff which was once considered precious to me. Oh well, some things just have to go.. thus off to the dumpster! I am no garbage collector, just that I am a sentimental person. Everything I used to have I must keep it close to me. One fine day, a wise old lady came up to me and just told me to do the following
-throw away those dried flowers which you have in your room
-give away those teddy bears, which I no longer cuddle, to the orphanage
After doing it, your life will be better. The amazing thing is that, I do not know the old lady yet she knew what was in my room. Indeed, it made my life better.

Love like you have never been hurt before. Samsoon says, Do not fall in love unless you want to get hurt. I wished I can love like I have never been hurt before but how is that possible? How is that possible? Can anyone tell me? Prob im like a jinx, feeling so much for the wrong person, yet being made a fool by fate. Y cant fate juz go my way for once?
The world is round, what goes around comes around. Today Jaime and myself had one of our longest MSN chat. I was telling her that probably Allan used me as a stepping stone to realize that he likes her more than me and that she is more suitable for him. It really doesnt matter to me anymore since I have moved on. Who knows one day I will totally forget him, even forget his name, I would not know….

I have finally bought a new phone. My NOKIA N73! It was a tough decision between SE W810i, Samsung D900 & Nokia N73. After serious considerations, it was a fight between W810i & N73.
W810i (w/o line) is priced at SGD550.00nett & N73 (w/o line) at SGD770.00nett.
Y did I decide to change phone? Answer : My mom. She is soooo cute. One day, she just popped out saying.. Change phone la… change phone la… I was puzzled, Y are u asking me to change my new 3250? She just went on and on and on and on….. I did not want to change it until she broke her reason to me. My ex-phone was from him, my mom was worried that I would still think about him so she insisted that I get rid of my phone. I was stunned. She was worried that smtg which I carried along would remind me of unhappiness. What a Great mom I have! On top of that, I told her that I will top of the difference but she insisted that she will pay for all. I guess I must have reli made her worried… Sighhh… Thanks MOM!!!!

Life just gets better cuz my dad asked me to source for a digital camera of my choice! I had always wanted my own Digital Camera. I had asked Nel to accompany me to source for my new digital camera. Hopefully I can get some real good buy on it!

Got a call from Bryan on Sat noon telling me that he is coming over to get his stuffs. Not only that, he was asking me to go for dinner, i was like surprised. However, we did not go for dinner instead we went back JB, he kinda accompanied me back from Tamp to JB. That is a very sweet gesture.
Met YH on the way, chatted up with her a little.
When we reached Woodlands, we missed Bus 950 and we had to wait for the next bus. Bryan took this opportunity to top up his fare card. He took a pretty long time and he returned with this packet of Purple Candy Floss! And it was for me!! Awe... he is soooo sweeet... He even wore my fav colour Tee. He has inherited my other bro's behaviour patterns, always up to farnie stunts. Cant even take a decent shot! However, I wanna thank him for brightening up my Saturday Night. THanks Bro!

Man! I had one of my best night out yesterday or rather, this morning! It was all unplanned, like an impromtu thing. Somehow the miracles of such things always results in great fun!

My Friday started out pretty slow, had no plans at all, was intending to rush home to finish my K-dramas. Then this sweetiepie, Justina, asked me out for Monster House! I was like hrmm, sounds good, its a cartoon anyway. Guess what?! I was pretty scared at some scenes of the movie, like a horror scare! Gosh, can you believe this? I was in a cinema (majority of them are kids) & im hidding behind my cardigan! Great! I tot to myself!

Angela called me & asked me out for a drink at New Asia Bar. It has been such a long time since I last clubbed, cuz someone did not like me to do so. Justina was supposed to meet her boy after that but apparently he was abt to sleep so, being a good sport, Justina came along with me to meet Angela. The venue was changed shortly to Butter Factory but it was FULL HOUSE! Salutes to Angela where she tried to name someone from the Guest List hoping to sneak us in but the name she used had already maxed up. That was some awesome stunt! So we kinda lingered ard thinking of where we wanna go. Walked to DBLO & they were playing house music, which did not attract us. So we finally decide on MOS. Initially, I did not like MOS, but i think otherwise after last night. This was the first time I went clubbing without dressing up & make up but it turned out to be just a-ok. Stayed at the Retro section, met this really cute Australian hunk, talked a little but did not get his name, except that he has this "Monkey in Chinese" around his neck. It was so farnie, he was telling us tt he look like Aaron Kwok and Angela told him she looked like Maggi Cheung but shorter. I almost fainted.
We went on to RnB section shortly. I kinda like the Bling Bling! It was soooooo fun! We got ourselves somemore drinks (not knowing that it was 1 for 1). We ended up with 2Jugs for juz 3 gals! Ok, I admit, all of us drank too much! I guess I muz have been MIAing for too long, I could not drink that well anymore. Met up with Angela's NUS friends, David & John. Somehow, David looked very familiar, prob cuz of poor lightings and the alcohol. The 5 of us hanged out. We left MOS close to 5am. phewww.....

Girls, I want more of RnB!

Check out our before & after picts!
